  4.   I  hope you will write some usefull tools for the DITO line.  You
  5. will  get  a  keyfile for your work, after I added your tool to the
  6. archive.   To give you the possibility to use the vocabulary files,
  7. I  wrote  a  small  tool  in C, that will show you, how to load the
  8. vocabularies.
